The Ontario Street ramp to I-77 southbound – remains closed. Motorists may detour via I-77 and I-490.
The detour, of course, results in a parking lot of traffic.
Now, I am not an expert in urban traffic control systems or practices, but I do believe that police officers are more effective when directing traffic than when sitting on the side of the road.
